Ted D. Conley

Mr. Conley possesses a unique and highly prized understanding and knowledge in the area of Civil Litigation and Employment Law.  Mr. Conley has successfully represented both employers and employees in employment matters involving such issues as wages/benefits, disciplinary actions, free speech, due process, harassment, improper hiring/promotion, retaliation, whistle blower protection and wrongful termination.  Mr. Conley's experience on both sides of the fence lends him a unique perspective valued by both businesses and employees.  In addition to his employment matters, Mr. Conley also represents our corporate clients in contract disputes, unfair competition claims, and advises clients in developing business practices which reduces their exposure to liability and avoid the financial drain of litigation.

 
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Conley represented police officers, firemen and their unions in a wide variety of claims on behalf of individuals as well as their unions.  Mr. Conley also obtained the status of Panel Counsel for the Peace Officers Research Association of California.  His work afforded him valued experience in both Federal and States Courts as well as administrative law proceedings. Mr. Conley's practice included substantial work at both the trial and appellate phases of litigation.
